What Is Training All About?

Our softball pitching sessions are dedicated to enhancing your skills on the mound.

Through personalized instruction, we focus on teaching foundational mechanics, improving accuracy and speed, and increasing your overall confidence as a pitcher.

Whether you're a beginner or looking to fine-tune your technique, our training will provide you with the tools to excel on the field and take your pitching game to new heights!

How Do I Schedule?

First, you must create an account with Coastal Sports Center. Coastal Sports Center - Home. Then, contact Coach Rachel @ 757-377-2089 to schedule an individual or group lesson. 

Individual: $85

Groups of 2: $70/pitcher

Groups of 3: $60/pitcher

Groups of 4 or 5: $50/pitcher

Cancellations

There will be a cancellation fee of 50% of lesson cost if client cancels with less than 24 hours notice.
