Rachel Bagley, Softball Pitching Specialist

 Rachel Bagley was a collegiate pitcher at UVA-Wise and Patrick Henry Community College (PHCC), who received multiple awards for her performance on the mound: 2x Regional Conference Champions Athletic Hall of Fame Inductee as a softball pitcher at PHCC (2012), Pitcher of the Year (2010), and 1st & 2nd Team All-Conference Pitcher (2011-2014).

 

Rachel Bagley was a collegiate pitcher at UVA-Wise and Patrick Henry Community College (PHCC), who received multiple awards for her performance on the mound: 

  • 2x Regional Conference Champions
  • Athletic Hall of Fame Inductee as a softball pitcher at PHCC (2012),
  • Pitcher of the Year (2010), and 1st & 2nd Team All-Conference Pitcher (2011-2014). 

Rachel has coached pitchers since 2017 and has coached teams including: 14U Dominion Hitters (2020-2021), Wilson High School (2021-2022), and Western Branch Little League Junior/Senior Orioles (2020-2021).

Rachel prides herself in her abilities as a pitching coach and has a passion for softball and developing young athletes. She has been providing private pitching lessons to a variety of ages since 2017.

Rachel and Loren, her husband, are excited about the growth of Proper Sports Performance LLC and its impact in the community and the lives of those involved!  

When she is not coaching or at the softball field, she is spending time with her family, raising their son, and enjoying the outdoors.
